Antlers Apartments

The community here at Antlers is peaceful and relaxing. The nature is what sold us on the property. The front desk was welcoming and inviting and helped us to start signing the same day we toured. Since moving in the front desk is responsive to maintenance requests and goes out of their way to ensure we have community event from food trucks to Halloween candy for the kids at the office.

I just moved into Antlers Apartments a week ago and have been happy with my experience. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with walk-in closet and full-sized washer and dryers. The community is also very safe and quiet, with a well-manicured lawn and plenty of parking. The staff is friendly, Wendi Loftus is amazing, she made the move-in process very easy and helped me thru every step. Overall, I would recommend Antlers Apartments, compared to other affordable apartments in the neighborhood, I checked all of them and went for Antlers. 4/5 stars.

I really enjoy living here at the Antlers. The apartments are beautiful the office staff Wendy and Mariah are very professional and very helpful even the maintenance workers ( especially Victor) are very professional they all have given me nothing but the utmost respect. Any concerns or issues that I have had they have taken care of it in a timely manner. I will be renewing my lease with The Antlers. Thank you all so much.

Very courteous and professional Mariah was awesome in answering all of our questions. Tour of the apartment we were applying for explained everything in detail made us feel very welcome. I've been living at Antlers Apartment since April 2020. Overall, I have truly enjoyed my stay. Management and Front Office staff is always very helpful. Maintenance always respond quickly whenever a work order is submitted. I can count the number of times I've actually had to call the office about an issue or maintenance. Which weren't many at all. The complex is always kept clean and it's what I call a quiet and peaceful community to reside. As long as things don't change and the rent stays within my budget ?? I will forever be a resident! The Antlers is not for people who desire quality living and services. Since the new Management company-Weller, has taken over is has become. NIGHTMARE! Even the previous office staff, who were pleasant and always eager to assist the tenants have left. The new office manager, I won't give his name is nasty, unprofessional, unwilling to address issues in the community and never available. The trash compactor (pay monthly fee) is always broke and they expect you to keep trash at your place. The Gate has only worked 6 months out of the time I've resided at the Antlers. When you report something as broken or damaged, the bring old appliances from vacant units. They care more about new tenants than existing tenants. The raccoons, ants, cats, and other stray animals are a nuisance. The apartments have bugs and spiders everywhere. If you want quality live for what you pay for, DO NOT LEASE HERE!

I have lived here for 4 years now. The maintenance staff is by far the best I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I have never had a problem that went over just 48 hours most of the service was done the same day I put in a service request. I really enjoy the pool and grill during the warm months. And the office staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend
